Crochet Baby Blanket




I have stopped and started this blanket so many times. I had to do another baby blanket because i just was not satisfied with the way the first one looked. I didn't have the pattern on hand when i started this project but i remembered enough to make this beauty. The pattern is as such


  • Ch 3 join with Sl st to form a ring
  • Ch 3 counts as 1 DC, 2 DC in same space
Round 1
  1. ch1
  2. 3 dc in next space
  3. repeat steps 1- 2 two more times.
  4. Sl st to top of bg ch 3
Round 2 - 10
  • sl st in to next dc space
  • repeat in next 2 dc sp and ch1 sp
  • ch 3, 2 dc in same space
  1. ch 1
  2. 3 dc in next space
  3. repeat steps 1 - 2 until reach bg ch. sl st in top of ch3
Repeat until you have 10 rows - complete 1 granny sq. make 9 granny sq total and join with whip stitch.

Crocheted Starburst Hotpad



My search for great kitchen item crochet patterns has turned up a success.The photo you see is for a hot pad, isn't it just great!This pattern works up in less than 1 hour and it's really fun to watch it transform into this nice starburst. Crochet Dish/Wash Cloth

My crocheting tasks have started. Last month i made several dish/wash cloths but failed to take photos of them. I really like the star stitch for my cloths & pot holders.
